++ I’m concerned I’ll look weak or foolish discussing my problems
I get it. When I started my own therapy, I had a lot of hesitance about becoming vulnerable with and opening up to a stranger about my anxiety. However, the process of being heard and supported by someone else helped me to overcome my fears.
I believe that true strength lies in acknowledging and confronting the parts of yourself that you have been avoiding so that you may begin the process of becoming the best version of yourself possible.
